A Good Old Barn Party
This is my first introduction to you of my best Faux Friend B. King. She is a fabulously creative floral designer and flower shop owner. You will meet her in the next week and she will give us great tips on how to create easy floral creations of our own. She has wicked since of humor and occasionally you can even see her on QVC selling garden items.
She did the flowers for a private party last weekend at an old barn that has been retired. It was a great location for the party. The inside was clean and spacious – just a wonderful space.
The tent was set up for dining and yes – those are my tablecloths. The rustic look fit in well in this location..
Don’t the centerpieces look wonderful? I love the bark wrapped containers. Maybe she will teach us how to do that next week.
The flowers and colors were spectacular. Don’t you love this close up?
This is the crew that did all the work – though I told them I was using this photo to show B. King that they were just hanging out and lounging the whole time.
I think the crowning glory of this were the two giant floral wreaths on the old barn doors.
Classic Beauty. I can’t wait for you to meet B. King.
