You can make these napkin rings.
I think blogging is a lot like scrap booking but without the danger and mess of scissors and glue.
This fact however, does not keep me from looking at all the pretty scrap booking items for sale at the craft stores. I see all those pretty colors and patterns of paper and think to myself “I have no idea what to do with these and but I am sure I can come up with some clever way to use it if I just buy it.” (This is just like buying pants in a size too small as incentive to lose weight and yes they sit in my the closet with the tags for years waiting for that diet to kick in). Anyway, I have a pile of crafty items sitting idle on a shelf somewhere in my basement waiting for that creative streak to kick in. Eventually, one of my kids takes my cool stuff, cuts it up and uses it for a school project. So, the point I am making here is that I actually found something crafty that I can use. And so can you!
These lovely adhesive borders from K&C company are packed with 2 each of 8 assorted designs for a total of 16 borders. I cut them in half giving me 32 pieces. Then I cut just a little bit of the adhesive backing from one side and stuck it to the other side. Viola, beautiful napkin rings for less than 11 cents each. That’s right, the whole pack was only $4.00. And won’t they look lovely on your table. Give them try.
Have fun with them. And if you have any borders left over you can decorate your printer or your monitor with them, like I did.
Enjoy!
