Ginger Cilantro Chutney by Chef Pam
How about some tasty Ginger Cilantro Chutney by Chef Pam.
Ginger Cilantro Chutney
2 cup green onion (2 inch lengths)
2 each small serrano chiles (stemmed)
½ cup fresh ginger (sliced thin)
2 cup (packed) cilantro (stemmed)
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs water
2 cups plain yogurt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Mince green onion, chiles, and ginger in a food processor. Add cilantro, lime juice, and water.
Process until smooth. Add yogurt, sugar and salt; process. Pack and chill.
It is fabulous over chicken for a summer evening meal.
