So remember the post I did about the Laptop  giveaway contest.

I was so excited to find the contest and then enter it. Well, I am a moron, a jackass and possibly just plain stupid. You see , the thing about the internet is that it is a giant stream of consciousness  which knows no bounds of time or place. Unless of course they place a specific time on it and then it becomes very time sensitive. Like that contest. You see I found the post about the contest and it looked like it was new – cause it just popped up and I saw December. Like if it was a magazine – you might look at the date, the pages would be old and ratty and dog-eared. On the internet everything looks brand spanking new and current. Aah but it is not. Now I am not a total moron. I saw the date of the laptop contest was December. I just failed to see that is was 2007. So I didn’t win. For a lot of reasons but mostly cause I am stupid and late. Go figure. We’ll try another contest as soon as  i get over my initial contest phobia and embarrassment. I am so lame!
